Privacy
This website is operated for the art therapy practice of Leigh-Anne Alexander. Your privacy matters — both as a visitor to this site and as a prospective or current client — and this notice explains, in plain language, how personal information is handled in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What is collected
When you use the contact form, the details you provide (your name, email address, optional phone number, and your message) are stored securely and emailed to Leigh-Anne so she can respond. Nothing else about you is collected through the form.
How it is used
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to communicate with you about your sessions. They are never sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose you haven't asked for.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data. Any analytics used are privacy-respecting and do not identify you personally. A single functional cookie is used only within the site's administration area.
Clinical confidentiality
Anything shared within therapy sessions is governed by the professional and ethical confidentiality obligations of an HPCSA-registered practitioner, which go beyond this website notice.
Your rights
You may ask at any time what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Please use the contact page to do so.
